Delivery areas and time
We deliver to all cities and most towns in Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- Major cities: the same day in Karor Lal Esan.
- Smaller towns and remote areas: 5 to 7 working days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery charges
Delivery costs a flat Rs. 100 per order. Orders of Rs. 2,500 or more are delivered free.
Cash on Delivery
You can pay in cash to the courier rider when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. Before dispatch, we may call or message you to confirm your order. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.
Receiving your parcel
Please check that the parcel is sealed and not damaged before accepting it. If the outer packing is torn or damaged, you may refuse the parcel and contact us right away.
Replaced on the spot
Please check your items when they arrive. If anything is damaged, expired or missing, tell our rider or message us on WhatsApp the same day and we'll replace it or refund it.
Damaged or wrong item
If you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video of the product and the parcel. We will send a replacement at no extra cost, or refund you if a replacement is not available.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent within 5 to 7 working days by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Delivery charges are refunded only if the item was damaged, faulty or wrong.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Just message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
